How to Access Your Order
Once your payment is successfully completed, you can access your digital files through one or more of the following methods:
1. Order Confirmation Page
After checkout, your order confirmation page may display the available download link(s). Click the link to access your files.
2. Order Confirmation Email
Check the email address you used during checkout. Your order email will contain your download information or instructions for accessing your purchase.
3. My Account
If you created an account, log in and go to My Account → Downloads to view your available digital purchases.
Large Files & On-Demand Access
Some products, especially large video courses or collections, may require manual delivery or activation. When this applies, the download/access link will be sent to your email, normally within 24 hours after purchase.
Please also check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see our email.
Having Trouble Downloading?
If your link does not work, your download is incomplete, or you have not received access within the indicated delivery period, contact our support team.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The name of the product
- A screenshot of the issue, if applicable
